Using the Mail Group functionality, you can turn a normal POP3 email address into one that forwards to multiple email addresses. You may find use for this feature if you have multiple staff that need to be notified when certain emails come in; such as sales orders or support requests. 

The Mail Group function is best used for relatively small lists and should not be used for large mailing lists. If you only need to forward email to one address, you can also use the Email Redirect feature instead.

To turn an existing email address into one that will forward incoming mail to multiple email addresses, here are the steps:

• Log in to your control panel.
• Click the "Home" link in the left hand menu
• Click "Mail"
• Click the email address you wish to turn into a multiple address forwarder
• Click the "Mail Group" icon
• Click "Add a new member"
• Type in the email address you wish to add to the group and/or select one or more of the listed mail accounts using check boxes.
• Click "OK"
• Done! Repeat the last three steps for additional addresses
